The “Pearls of Excellence” program is an activity based on the LEGO Technics game. We are proud that the children of the “Hélène et Nathan Samuel” Home can enjoy and participate in this quality activity. They learn how to build exclusive LEGO models, designed by engineers and architects. The aim of this workshop is to promote the learning of science, mathematics, technology and robotics through play.
This program was initiated by Carola, president of the WIZO of Beer-Sheva, in collaboration with Ety Cohen, director of social services of the municipality.
The group has already made a lot of progress and we wish them to continue in this direction to take deeper ownership of this learning! We hope that soon this LEGO Technics activity can be extended to all other Negba youth groups in Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem!
Thanks to such partnerships, the children of Negba have the chance to learn in a fun and informal way, and to better establish their knowledge.
