A celebration of tradition, culture, and a deep connection to our roots.
We were delighted to welcome Dalia and Ayala, who shared moving stories about their lives in Ethiopia, memories of home, and the long journey they undertook to get here.
They brought with them colorful traditional clothing and taught us the traditional Ethiopian dance. The club was filled with rhythm, movement, and great joy.
This was a unique opportunity for the children to experience a rich and special culture up close, and to learn about a holiday that continues to illuminate entire communities – here in Israel as well.
