At Negba, we ensure close and professional monitoring and guidance to help every child in our association realize their potential and achieve progress. The evaluation committees in our clubs, held three times a year, provide an essential platform for the educational team and social staff to collaborate.
Before each session, the committee gathers relevant information from the educational staff at schools and maintains continuous communication with the parents. Together, they assess the progress of each child individually in key areas: academic, educational, emotional, and social development.
A Milestone: Collaboration with Schools
This year, thanks to the close connection maintained by Negba’s counselors with schools, a school principal in Be’er Sheva joined one of the evaluation committees. This inclusion allowed for a broader and more in-depth assessment of each child’s development.
During the meeting, every aspect of the child’s growth is carefully reviewed, with progress measured against previously set goals and expectations. Challenges and obstacles encountered along the way are also analyzed.
Looking Forward: Setting New Goals
Following this comprehensive review, the committee defines new challenges and objectives for the child for the next six months. This ongoing process ensures continued progress through precise and focused support.
The evaluation process benefits not only the association staff, schools, and parents by providing a clear understanding of the child’s turning points, but it also suggests practical action steps to ensure sustained growth. The ultimate aim is to foster optimal development and continuous progress in all aspects of a child’s life—educational, emotional, and social.
