An inspiring training session was delivered to our educational teams by Yael Shohat, organizational consultant and Head of Training within the development team at ICL, a leading Israeli industrial group committed to sustainable solutions and strongly engaged in social and educational initiatives.
During this session, the teams explored practical tools and approaches to strengthen the preparation and facilitation of educational workshops.
These contributions will enrich the teams’ daily work in the field and enable us to continue creating safe, meaningful, and empowering spaces for children and youth.
