Our Programs
After-School Homes
Negba’s Homes for children in grades 1–6 operate in the afternoons and provide a warm, supportive, and empowering educational environment, along with individualized follow-up and a variety of activities for academic, social, and emotional development.
An individualized program is developed for each child based on their needs. Throughout the year, evaluation committees are held to monitor progress and set goals, in collaboration with parents and schools.
Negba works in close cooperation with all the actors who support the child (parents, schools, social wellfare and local authorities), in order to enable them to fully realize their potential.

Parents’ Workshops
Negba organizes hands-on training workshops for parents, to support and strengthen them as they face the many challenges of child rearing and family life in general.
These workshops are led by a team of professionals, in partnership with the Be’er Sheva Municipality’s ‘Parents’ School,’ and cover topics such as communication with children, setting boundaries, emotional support, problem-solving, and much more.
There has been significant progress in their grades and their behavior. The atmosphere at home has improved a lot, there is less arguing over homework and bedtime and more respect for us as parents…
I warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this program to all parents.

Bogrim (Alumni) Program
The alumni program of the Negba Association supports participants beyond the age of 18, throughout their military or national service, studies, professional development and personal life. The program provides personalized follow-up, advice and emotional support around day-to-day issues and also in time of crisis (such as war).
In addition, the program provides study scholarships, career guidance and much more.
The goal of the program is to ensure continuity, personal and social resilience. The team provides a stable and professional network that impacts the young adults’ career choices. In this way, the alumni program enables participants to build a strong foundation to succeed, grow, and progress at every stage of life.
