Message from Negba’s CEO

In his book The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho wrote:

Only one thing makes a dream impossible; the fear of failure.

The children and families that Negba aims to assist have forgotten how to dream. The realities with which they struggle are so intense, leaving them no time or desire to dream.

With the help of our supporters, board, volunteers and dedicated staff, Negba strives to pave, along with the children, their way back to their lost dreams, accompanying them as they confront their fear of failure, and encouraging them to stand tall and attain their goals.

Our success, and theirs, will occur when they are transformed into individuals excelling in their independence – both in thought and in action - and when they view serving the community as their life's mission.
